     on each item. As we may be limited for time,  if you wish to speak please be
      brief. There will be a ten minute coffee break at half time.

5.  Chairman’s Closing Statement.

6.      Future Community Meetings in 2008 will all be held  on  Monday’s the Gateford Park Primary School  with a 7pm start 10th March 2008. The AGM will be on 12th May 2008

Future Community Meetings will be arranged at the conclusion the AGM
