Gateford Residents Association Website Launch

On the 29th June 2007 The Gateford Residents Association has launched its own website. It is www.gateford- residents.org.uk

"The important thing to remember about our site's name is the hyphen - between the word's Gateford and residents", said David Larder, the Association's Communications Officer and Hon.Treasurer. He added "We are also an organisation in the UK, so we have org.uk at the end."
The site has been designed by Craig Stevens, a young family man who lives on the "Birds" side of the estates off Kingfisher Walk. Craig, an IT consultant working in Sheffield has in previous occupations worked as a professional web-page designer and has undertaken the voluntary work of constructing and maintaining the Gateford Residents Association Website as a way of giving back to the community in which he lives. "We are extremely grateful to Craig", said GRA Chairman, Larry Read. "Craig has done this in his spare time from a very busy job".
